What to use this form for
Use this form for anything that does not have a faster path elsewhere on the site: questions about how the platform works, a problem with your account, a listing that looks wrong, feedback on the site, or something specific to your situation that our help content does not cover. Fill in your name, email and a short subject line so we can route your message to the right person, then describe what you need in the message field.
For job seekers and employers
Job seekers can use the form for questions about profiles, CV uploads, applications, or job alerts, anything that touches your candidate account. Employers can use the same form for questions about posting a job, buying or using credits, company profile setup, or anything related to managing applicants. If you are not yet registered and are unsure whether the platform is the right fit for your hiring or your search, ask us that too; we would rather answer a question up front than have you sign up and find out later. There is no separate queue or ticket system to navigate: one form reaches our team regardless of which side of the platform you are on.
Reply time
We reply to every message within 24 hours. If your question is urgent, say so in the subject line and give us the specific detail we will need to help, such as the job listing or account email involved, so we can respond with an answer rather than a follow-up question. For anything related to your privacy or personal data specifically, you can also reach us the same way; there is no separate privacy-only contact channel.
