Section Head Personnel and Organization Policy

Ministry of General Affairs, Department of Personnel & Organization (P&O) The Department of Personnel & Organization (P&O) is responsible for developing P&O policy proposals, supervising the implementation of existing P&O policy and supporting the government's ministries on personnel and organization matters in general. We are a department where every day brings new challenges and no two days are the same. With almost 1,500 employees within the government, the task of P&O is a dynamic one that requires our team to be professional, expert and consistent. We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position: Section Head Personnel and Organization Policy (Sectiehoofd Personeel- en Organisatiebeleid) The section is responsible for the development and maintenance of the legal status, education and training of civil servants, and for the design and development of the civil service organization. As a working supervisor you lead the section and are also responsible for various ongoing change projects within the government organization. Knowledge and experience are therefore required in labor law and civil service law as well as in organizational development, education and training, and project management. We are looking for proactive, determined and motivated candidates with a demonstrable academic working and thinking level, who do not shy away from a challenge and have a command of both English and Dutch. Salary Depending on education and experience, the salary is a minimum of Cg 7,731.25 and a maximum of Cg 12,771.25 per month.
